Reservation Policy :

• A minimum deposit of 25% is requested at the time of reservation, no reimbursements.
  
• Time of arrival/check in is 16pm..
  A valid credit card imprint is required at the time of check in.
  Time of Depart/check out is at 11am.
  
• We are not responsible for power outages, telephone failures, cable distribution disruptions or water interruptions.
  
• Fees will apply to cover the cost of any damages caused to the property.
  
• No smoking or animals are allowed.
